Records in this series document the ongoing relations between the City and various clubs and associations. Series includes complaints and inquiries from the public on a variety of issues, including the condition and operation of community centres maintained by the City. The majority of the series is comprised of single files for each group or organization. Some of the larger groups of records within the series include, the Richmond Chamber of Commerce (1921-1988), Steveston Community Centre (1954-1987), South Arm Community Association (1954-1975,1983), Richmond Arena (1964-1984), and Minoru Sports Pavilion (1963-1974,1984)
